SOC joined more than 700 leaders from the intelligence, defense, cybersecurity, and national security communities gathered in Washington, D.C. for the 41st William Oliver Baker Award Dinner hosted by INSA. We were honored to join in recognizing The Hon. John C. "Chris" Inglis, recipient of the 2025 William Oliver Baker Award.
Throughout a distinguished career that included serving as Deputy Director of the National Security Agency and as the nation's first National Cyber Director, Chris has played a pivotal role in strengthening our nation's cybersecurity posture, advancing intelligence capabilities, and fostering collaboration between government and industry. His decades of leadership, service, and commitment to national security have helped shape the way our nation addresses some of its most complex cyber and intelligence challenges.
Congratulations to Chris on this well-deserved recognition and thank you for your enduring contributions to the intelligence and national defense community.
