We are a women-owned residential cleaning business servicing Montgomery County, DC and NoVA and we are unique in that we utilize a Pay for Performance Plan wherein our maids are compensated based upon your rating each time that we clean your home. We also work with Alliance for Hope to help women out of difficult situations. We have excellent customer service and always work towards your complete satisfaction.

Two Maids & A Mop is a growing women-owned residential cleaning company servicing DC, Montgomery County and Northern, VA. We’re a little different due to our pay-for-performance plan. This incentive plan incorporates client feedback following a cleaning to calculate a bonus for our Professional House Cleaners. The plan helps keep our teams striving for excellence, generates feedback from clients and allows us to reward our top performing employees. We’re also extremely proud of the work with we do with Cleaning for a Reason. Through our partnership with this organization, we provides free house cleaning to women undergoing cancer treatment. It’s a great way for us to give back to our community.
