*Tesoro Group is seeking Registered Nurses!*

Tesoro Group is looking for Support RNs/Nurses. This nursing role would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the assisted living residents are met onsite in an assisted living facility.

We have openings in Minnetonka (147-unit complex) and Minneapolis (121-unit complex).

The ideal candidate will have a current Registered Nursing License in the state of Minnesota and current BLS for Healthcare Providers. They will have experience in an assisted living setting and have a compassion for the geriatric population.

*This position is a 1.0 FTE day shift and will require every other weekend.*

Responsibilities/Job Description:

* Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health status.
* Implements new and updates current resident care plan.
* Coordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as needed.
* Manages and oversees timely and accurate medication and treatment administration.
* Acts as support to Director of Health Services to fill in as RN on call during scheduled times.
* Monitors the work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff.
* Be responsible for maintaining a comfortable home environment consistent with regulations and established policies and procedures for optimal health and safety.

*Qualifications*

Required:

* Current MN RN license or by start date.
* AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers.
* Must be COVID vaccinated.

Preferred:

* Must be comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems.
* Work experience in a patient support role, LPN, or RN.
* Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers.
* Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population.
