Class A Recruiting is hiring established driver recruiters and recruiting teams with proven experience in the transportation industry.
With over 40 carrier connections and a portfolio that continues to grow daily, we are looking for recruiters who know how to work a strong pipeline and move drivers through the process efficiently.
Preferred experience includes:
▪️ Driver recruiting
▪️ Working with DOT applications
▪️ ATS platforms
▪️ Advertising, sourcing, and lead generation
▪️ Communication and follow-up
▪️ Pipeline management
This is a 1099 position for organized, consistent recruiters experienced in managing candidates from initial contact through application and onboarding.
