HOME Hub Work based skill building day program. M-F 830am-1pm. Must be 18+, be a Medicaid beneficiary, and Welcome to HOME Hub. Limited transportation is available.

HOME Hub is a work based skills learning day program located in Center Line, Michigan. Our day program provides a safe and monitored environment for people to be able to increase socialization and develop and improve employment skills through daily workshops provided. If qualified, internship through local businesses both on-site and in the community will be provided to further increase job skills. Examples of internships include working in a kitchen, farming, food processing, car detailing, t-shirt printing, janitorial, and retail just to name a few. People interested must be 18 years old or older, must be a current Medicaid recipient and live within Macomb County, Michigan. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30am - 1:00pm. 🍞 From the kitchen to the community! 🚐

The HOME Hub Bread Run Crew does it all! Our consumers help bake and package fresh bread at the Rising Stars Foundation production facility, then hit the road to deliver it to our production partners.

From learning hands-on skills to interacting with business partners and building connections in the community, every step of the Bread Run creates meaningful opportunities for growth, confidence, and independence. 🙌

A HOME Hub participant is hard at work peeling potatoes as part of food prep! From practicing kitchen skills to building confidence and learning workplace routines, everyday tasks provide valuable opportunities for growth and independence.

At HOME Hub, we help individuals build practical skills and explore pathways to employment in a supportive, inclusive environment.
