Have your tried our yet? MasterGel is our signature product, specially formulated for strong, long lasting performance with little to no heat when curing. Here are a few facts about our MasterGel:
- MasterGel is HYPOALLERGENIC: According to Webster’s dictionary definition, hypoallergenic is defined as “having little likelihood of causing an allergic response.” There is not a single reported case of any client or technician having an allergic reaction to our MasterGel products as they do not contain the allergen methacrylate. To the contrary, MasterGel has saved the careers of numerous nail techs who have gone on to excel in the nail industry.
- MasterGel is LOW/NO HEAT: We as professional nail techs should NEVER accept hard gels with an extreme heat spike! There is no reason for any gel to have a heat spike because the technology is available. We recommend using a UV lamp with our MasterGel, as UV will cure the product all the way through with little to no heat. LED & Hybrid lamps not only lead to heat spikes, but also to health issues if your product is not hypoallergenic as these lamps often do not fully cure hard gel products.
- MasterGel is ODORLESS: A Masterworks nail tech can make an upwards of $5000+ over an acrylic nail tech. The toxic odors from acrylics not only create health problems for nail techs, but they also prevent us from working in places where we can generate the greatest income for ourselves.
- MasterGel is STRONGER THAN ACRYLIC: Masterworks has not found any other nail enhancement product that is stronger than our MasterGel. The enhancements we are referring to include (but are not limited to): acrylics, dip systems, tip and wrap overlays, etc. The chemical make up of MasterGel is much stronger and more durable than even the best acrylic. The best analogy between MasterGel and all brands of acrylic is this: MasterGel would be similar to a plastic bottle while acrylic is very similar to a brick. A brick may be harder than the plastic bottle, but upon impact, such as being dropped from a rooftop, will reveal both of their strengths. A brick will shatter into a million pieces, while the plastic bottle will remain intact. Harder DOES NOT mean stronger.
- MasterGel is a STABLE GEL: MasterGel is a stable gel and cannot be over cured. Gels that can be over cured can have challenges and issues if clients spend any time outside, making them unstable. This results in product breakage, air pockets, and discoloration.
- MasterGel is STAIN RESISTANT: When MasterGel is used as a sealant, it resists staining 2-3x better than a soakable or tackless sealant. This is especially helpful for nail techs performing services on hair dressers in the salon.
