Founded in 1957, Employment Horizons is the premier not-for-profit 501(c)(3) agency providing comprehensive employment, training and job placement services to people with disabilities and other disadvantages in the greater Morris County, NJ area. As a social business enterprise, our agency seeks to provide high-quality competitively priced services to the business community through our business operations while, at the same time, furthering our mission to assist people with barriers to employment to achieve their individual vocational objectives and establish self-sufficiency in the community. We have established relationships with hundreds of businesses and created training and employment opportunities for thousands of individuals who require assistance to obtain employment. At last week's Accses New Jersey STAR Conference, Program Advisor Mark Stephenson was inducted into the ACCSES NJ Hall of Fame! Through a lifetime of dedicated advocacy and thoughtful leadership, he has made a difference for thousands of individuals.

Culinary Arts Program Manager Kaylee received the DSP Excellence Award at last week's Accses New Jersey STAR Conference and it's a much-deserved honor—her culinary arts classroom is a welcoming, supportive space where our participants enjoy learning and working together to build their skill sets for careers in food service.
