May your mornings bring joy and your evenings peace.
May your troubles grow few and your blessings increase.
May you live each day of your life as if it were your last.
May you have no regrets when you look upon your past.
May 2023 find you healthy, happy, and whole.
Body, Mind, and Soul.

And, if you find that is not true,
May you acknowledge that you have some work to do.
Life is ten percent luck. Twenty percent skill.
Seventy percent work, no matter how you feel.
