Chartwell Riverside is currently looking for a Professional Front Desk Receptionist Customer Service Repto run the front office in the city of Carson and Long Beach. Looking for candidates that are energetic, personable and tech-savvy,

Position Description:

Responsible for answering all incoming lines and greeting guests
Support with all clerical duties
Putting information into the database
Supporting Admin and executives as needed

Position Qualifications:

Strong bilingual (Spanish and English)
1-2 years of front desk experience
1-2 years of customer service experience
Reliable and dependable
The pay rate is $15.00/hr-$16.00/hr

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Description

•Reliably pull and process orders, logging items as required
•Accurately restock incoming items, logging items as required
•Use equipment properly and maintain it as needed
•Will routinely move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
•Maintain clean and hazard free work area
•Follow instructions regarding daily tasks and job duties
•Availability to work required shifts and hours

Qualifications:

•Upon hire, it may be necessary to submit to a drug test and/or criminal background check
•Upon hire, proof of identity and U.S. employment eligibility is required
•Seeking candidates with high school diploma or equivalent
•Must be at least 18 years of age

Desired Experience:

•Experience in warehouse work or related field(s)
•Ability to adapt to changes or modifications in the way work is done
•Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
•Must be conscientious and pay attention to detail
•Good communication skills

- Experienced in warehousing work or related fields
- Good Communication skills
- Ability to work at a pace required to meet deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changes or modifications in the way work is done.
- Ability to work in and outside of the warehouse
- Will be exposed to the current weather if working outside.
- Seeking Candidates with at least 6 months or 1 year of current or recent warehouse experience.
- Must be 18 years or older
