The Accounting Specialist will analyze information, maintain complete and accurate records, assist with routine accounting duties, and provide prompt, courteous responses to inquiries or complaints from stakeholders, clients, vendors, and staff. The Accounting Specialist will be a skilled researcher and possess strong communication and computer skills. The Accounting Specialist should also be trustworthy, thorough, and courteous with excellent time management skills.

• This is a permanent work from home position.
• The rate of pay is $11.25/hr. We do offer shift differential after 6 pm which takes the rate of pay up to $12/hr.
• We are looking for Full-Time 2nd shift which could include weekends and holidays.
• We offer 3 week mandatory, paid training.
• We offer Medical, Dental, Vision and 401(k) after your first 30 days with us, if applicable.
• Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual on your first day even while in training!
• Referral Program and internal promotion opportunities.

In order to qualify for work from home work, you will need to have the following:
• Quiet and distraction-free place in your home to work at a desk/table
• Reliable internet access within your home with a internet speed of 30 Mbps
• Daily access to a personal Laptop/Computer that is camera enabled for use during paid training.
*SMI will provide equipment after probationary period has been met.
