Events & Retail Brand Ambassador / Appointment Setter
$20/hr + Bonuses
8–15 hrs/week
Saturday & Sunday availability required
Looking for a flexible, entry-level role where your people skills matter?
Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen is hiring energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent us at weekend events and retail locations.
What You’ll Do:
Talk with homeowners and share product info
Invite guests to enter giveaways
Set appointments for our Sales team
Help with event setup & breakdown (up to 40 lbs)
What We’re Looking For:
Available at least 3 out of 4 weekends per month
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working independently
Able to stand 4–6 hours
Reliable transportation (some travel required)
Perks:
Paid training – no experience needed
Mileage reimbursement
Weekly & monthly bonuses (no cap!)
Supportive team environment
401(k) eligibility with company match
Mandatory Training:
2-week evening training (Mon–Thurs, 5:30–8:30 PM) + weekend shifts
