We were excited to welcome our newest employees during orientation and officially introduce them to SIH. This group spent time learning about our mission, values, culture and the important role they will play in supporting our patients, colleagues and communities.

As part of orientation, participants also completed a Real Colors facilitation session, an interactive experience designed to enhance self-awareness, communication, teamwork, and collaboration. Through Real Colors, our new team members gained valuable insights into their unique strengths and learned how different personality styles contribute to a positive and effective work environment.

Join our team as a Behavioral Health Therapist and make a meaningful impact every day. In this role, you will provide assessment, counseling and therapeutic interventions to individuals, families and group, helping patients navigate challenges and improve their overall well-being.

The SIH Talent Acquisition Team was proud to be a part of the CNA Pinning Ceremony at Carbondale High School. We loved to celebrate the hard work, dedication and accomplishments of these future healthcare professionals.

This milestone represents the compassion, commitment and care that CNAs bring to patients and communities every day. We are honored to support the next generation of caregivers as they begin their healthcare journeys. This special event was made even more meaningful as several current SIH nurses were there to celebrate passing their passion for nursing and caregiving on to their children. Seeing multiple generations share in this milestone was a powerful reminder of the heart behind healthcare.
