Our Harrisburg/ Mechanicsburg loan counselor positions are highly sought after working in our inbound call center, assisting individuals with information. There are no sales call required. Current open positions offer second shift from early afternoon - 12:30pm to 9:00pm Monday through Friday. We also offer 4 weeks on the job "paid classroom training", and a chance to hone your skills to success. These are highly sought after position, with only a few remaining. JOB OVERVIEW: The Document Processing Admin assists in the process of completing applicant eligibility and enrollment from start to finish supporting the PA Independent Enrollment team and the applicants

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Assisting in the process of completing applicant eligibility and enrollment from start to finish supporting the PA Independent Enrollment team and the applicants
•Utilizing multiple systems to move the application forward in the enrollment process
•Updating applications and clear documenting of all steps in the process.
•Ensuring our applicants and supporting agencies are receiving the best level of customer service possible
•Assists Document Processing Team in meeting or exceeding established Quality Control Performance expectations
•Reviews incoming documentation from Physicians, Area Agencies on Aging and Enrollment Brokers for completeness
•Transfers documentation with cover sheet to Agency Support Coordinators within three days of applicant selections
•Receives, sorts, and logs incoming and outgoing mail, Logs returned packets and letters with bad address flag
•Batches incoming mail by document type and distributes internal mail and documents to the appropriate staff
•Operates mailing machines, copiers, fax machines, and postage meters. Prepares and mails documents and materials upon request or direction Verifies accuracy of mailings on a daily basis
•Reports any issues, concerns, and/or problems to the Document Processing Supervisor
•Provides application copies within four days of initial intake appointments
•Maintains current and accurate control documentation of all printed materials, notices, and packets
•Maintains responsibility for all scanning functions (if desired by the Department)
•Performs other duties as assigned by management

Collections Representative - *Harrisburg 2ND SHIFT*

Job Hours: 12:00 PM thru 9:00 PM - Monday thru Friday

Pay Rate: $12.50

Job Responsibilities
•Loan Counselors answer inbound calls handling a variety of complex account issues.
•Answer questions, identify the root cause of the call and research to resolve the customer inquiry upon first contact. Interactions with customers are based on federal regulations, objectives, and department policies.
•Assist customers with troubleshooting online account issues and utilizing online tools that are available while providing extraordinary customer service.
•Update customer and account information as needed.
•Process incoming correspondence, forms, or other documents received from customers.
•Counsel customers in achieving successful repayment of their student loans. This includes but is not limited to answering payment and billing inquiries, discussing repayment plan options and eligibility, payment alternatives, interest accrual, forgiveness programs, and consolidation.
•Handle difficult or escalated call types and assist with resolution.
•Will work with one or multiple customer support lines in an inbound call center.

Additional Job Requirements:
•Must successfully complete an 8 week classroom training program which is a combination of lecture and practice on live customer accounts as well as performing account adjustments. Due to the amount and complexity of information, time off will not be permitted during the training period.
•Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and perform in depth research while assisting the customer.
