Penmac Staffing is hiring General Laborers for a warehouse position in Lake Ozark with a fast-growing company.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm.
Pay: $16.00 an hour

Job Responsibilities:
Load and unload trucks to ensure efficient product flow
Pick and pack orders accurately
Build pallets and prepare shipments
Prep products for powder coating
Perform general warehouse duties
Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude required
Ability to use basic hand tools and read measurements
Basic computer skills preferred
Strong attendance and positive attitude
Ability to work in varying temperatures
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift as needed

Warehouse Worker – Camdenton Area

Penmac Staffing is now accepting applications for Warehouse Workers in the Camdenton area for an innovative technology company that manages procurement and supply chain operations.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday–Friday
7:30 AM – 4:15 PM
Occasional overtime may be required

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments for accuracy
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound shipment
Work with the logistics team to improve warehouse workflow and efficiency
Follow all safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:

Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and labels
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience using warehouse equipment and technology
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent required
