ESA Staffing & Screening has a new opportunity in the El Dorado area for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable keeping important information on track.

This position provides administrative and coordination support for a Health, Safety, Security & Training (HSST) department.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Collect, organize, track, and report safety information, including near hits, hazardous conditions, corrective actions, and other safety performance data

✅ Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly HSST reports

✅ Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination, document preparation, communications, and office supplies

✅ Coordinate the employee safety footwear and boot voucher program, including invoices and replacement requests

✅ Help manage the employee uniform program, including weekly coordination with Cintas, invoice verification, replacement and resized uniforms, and uniforms for new employees

✅ Participate in HSST team meetings and assist with documentation and follow-up

✅ Help organize and maintain historical safety and training records in accordance with document retention requirements
