Customer Service Representative – Engine Knowledge Required (In-House Position)
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for someone who understands engines and is comfortable answering both technical and general customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Provide accurate technical information related to engines and related products
Assist customers with troubleshooting, product selection, and general support
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements:
Strong understanding of engines (mechanical or technical knowledge required)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly way
Prior customer service or technical support experience preferred
Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
Position Details:
In-house position (not remote)
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
