We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for someone who understands engines and is comfortable answering both technical and general customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Provide accurate technical information related to engines and related products
Assist customers with troubleshooting, product selection, and general support
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements:
Strong understanding of engines (mechanical or technical knowledge required)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly way
Prior customer service or technical support experience preferred
Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
Position Details:
In-house position (not remote)
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

(Ventura County / Camarillo area – Hands-on industrial role)

Advantage Business Services is recruiting ASAP for a skilled Motor Control Electrician for a great local manufacturing company! This is hands-on work building, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting motor control systems (new & old). Safety is priority #1—always use proper gear!

Key Duties & Requirements:

• Build, install, maintain & troubleshoot motor control systems

• Read & follow wiring diagrams accurately

• Wire starters, relays, PLCs & other controls

• Extreme attention to detail—no loose connections allowed

• Program & calibrate controllers for smooth, efficient operation

• Test circuits for safety & performance

• Diagnose & repair faults (overloads, shorts, etc.)

• Replace faulty components

• Wire to meet codes (UL, CSA, NFPA, ATEX, etc.) to prevent hazards

• Coordinate with engineers/teams on upgrades & keep detailed work logs

• Occasionally train apprentices or team members on best practices

Must-Haves:

• Strong industrial electrical experience, especially with motor controls

• Hands-on mindset & strong safety focus

• Reliable, detail-oriented, able to work independently

Job Title: Quality Inspector
Location: Camarillo, CA
Pay: $22 per hour to $45 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all materials and products meet the highest quality standards and conform to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming materials and components for appearance, quality, and compliance with specifications
Identify defects and non-conforming materials; document and report findings
Perform precise measurements using gauges, micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools
Monitor machining and finishing operations, including honing, lapping, grinding, and chamfering
Oversee plating and finishing processes to ensure consistency and quality
Maintain accurate inspection records and quality reports; recommend process improvements
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies
