Gen Z has officially entered the workplace…and apparently, chairs are more of a suggestion than a rule. 😂
Feet tucked underneath. One leg up. Cross-legged. Somehow folded into a position that doesn’t look physically possible.
But here’s the thing: when you’re at work, how you carry yourself matters.
You can be comfortable and still be professional. Whether you’re sitting at your desk, meeting with a client, interviewing for a new position, or talking with leadership, your body language is part of the impression you make.
Fair or not, people notice.
So yes, bring your personality to work. Be yourself. Get comfortable.
Just maybe save the full pretzel position for the couch at home.
