Looking for dependable & experienced Lenel Certified, Access Control Technician around the San Francisco Bay Area. Main function of this position is to be able to install and service all aspects of a LenelS2 access control system. Technician must be experienced and comfortable working in new construction and remodels for commercial and retail environments.

ACCESS CONTROL

· Install and terminate card readers, door contacts, request to exit devices

· Terminate and dress Access Control Panel professionally

· Troubleshoot and service all aspects of Lenel S2 access control system.

· Program Lenel S2 controllers.

· Experience with AMAG and Software House

GENERAL REQUIRED SKILLS

· Cable dressing, panel wiring and labeling

· Work on ladders and man lifts safely (lift certification preferred)

· Familiar with building codes to execute work correctly

· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds

· Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Dress and conduct must be professional at all times

· Zero tolerance for unprofessionalism and alcohol/drugs PREFERRED SKILLS IP SURVEILLANCE

· Install IP camera's, PoE Switches, NVR's

· Terminate RJ45 Connectors & Punch down patch panels

· Install data cabinets and racks

· Preferred skill to program NVR's such as: Verint & Exacq Vision BURGLAR ALARM

· Install and terminate wired door contacts, overhead door contacts, motion and glassbreak detectors

· Terminate and dress Alarm Panel professionally

· Preferred skill to program burglar alarm panels such as Honeywell

Maintenance Mechanic Assistant

Job Summary:

Assist the Facility Maintenance Manager ensure the office facility and fabrication shop areas and equipment are in working order according to maintenance schedule. Comply with all OSHA safety regulations, Environment Control and PPE standards. Always working safely and looks out for the safety of others.

Reports to / Supervision Received:

• Direct Supervisor – Facility Maintenance Manager

Essential Functions:

• Assist the Facility Manager with the daily assignments of the repairs and maintenance of all equipment and facility upkeep.
• Report to the Facility Manager the working conditions of all production equipment.
• Repairing grinders, electrical cords, air hoses, wire feeders and welding machines.
• Keeping machines and machine areas clean.

Knowledge, Skill and Experience:

• Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required – High School Diploma or higher
• Minimum Experience required – 5 years facility maintenance as a manager
• Skills Required – Proven Organization, Mechanical ability and electrical experience
• Welding machine maintenance and repair
• Controls troubleshooting - Electric and Hydraulic, Exhaust and fresh air systems, ovens, and paint systems
• Conveyors
• Blasting machines
• Compressors
