Administrative Assistant - $20 to $22/hour

Avery HR is currently hiring for our clients in the Brantford area. We are seeking a
hardworking, detail-oriented Administrator.

Shift: 8am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $20-$22

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support
to ensure efficient operation of the office; duties include but are not limited to;

· Answering and directing phone calls
· Working with the accounting department to provide documentation as required
· Coordinate with various departments such as purchasing, inside sales, accounting, shipping
· Handle administrative requests and queries from managers
· Act as a point of contact to internal and external clients, answer customer queries
· Set up sales orders and prepare production folders
· Assist in creating shipping documentation
· Provide backup information to head office for invoicing
· Forward all payroll documentation to head office and temp agencies
· Assist in employee training and record keeping

Requirements:
· Accuracy and strong attention to detail
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem solving
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in MS Office
