We currently have 3 positions with IMMEDIATE OPENINGS!!!

ALL POSITIONS ARE TEMP TO HIRE AFTER 120 DAYS!!

2 - JANITOR / GROUNDSPERSON -
🔹Monday – Friday 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.
🔹Maintaining trash on the grounds
🔹Mopping, vacuuming, cleaning of the restrooms, laundry rooms, trash rooms and common areas
🔹Take trash out to dumpsters twice daily morning and afternoon. And also assist with trash out of units and unit turns where needed.
🔹Assist maintenance with small work orders (light bulbs, filter change, walk with exterminator.
🔹DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
🔶 $15.50
🔶 WEEKLY PAY


1- FT NIGHT ATTENDANT -

▪️Monday – Friday 5:00 pm -1:30 am.

The candidate will need to be STRONG/FIRM, but pleasant and be responsible for monitoring the property ensuring that all visitors are compliant with policies of the building with sign in / sign out reports and daily logs. Report all drug, fire, flood, or any mishap that may occur. Make sure all doors are locked and secured, walk property to report any light outages inside and out. Basically making sure that all is running smoothly during quiet times.
