Looking for motivated and active people who are self motivated and can work by themselves to help mentor and guide young men with slight developmental disabilities. They need help and guidance to do their own cooking and cleaning. These are young men in need of guidance. Most days are spent outdoors hiking, biking, fishing, camping, canoeing, doing lawn jobs or yard work, shopping, going to town or county events, etc. Company car provided at each house. Lots of travel. All single placement homes. One resident to one staff. Owner is a behavioral specialist of 25 years and provides all the training. Good staff retention. Job is a lot fun. Hiring for weekends, Fri., Sat. & Sun., and Sat. & Sun. Single placement program. One resident/one staff. Must pass a background check, be responsible and be willing to learn. Very active program, staff take residents to lawn and yard jobs, fishing, biking, shopping, kayaking, family functions and other outdoor activities. Staff are mentors and help further develop resident coping, cooking, and cleaning skills, etc. Great staff retention and incentives. Owner/operator is a Social Worker & Behavior Specialist with 30 years of experience /will provide in house training. Only serious inquiries.
