We are currently working with a non-profit organization in Butler, PA who is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist join their team. This is a great career opportunity with a stable and community-oriented organization. Friendly team atmosphere with 4 people in accounting and around 25 in the corporate office.
Position offers a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am- 4pm. Compensation depending on experience. Generous benefits package including 100% company paid healthcare for a family (includes premiums, deductibles and copays).
The focus of this position is accounts payable, but this person will also assist with some receivables. Responsibilities would include: Process accounts payable including employee expenses. Posting, balancing and reconciling transactions. Preparing reports for management. Assist with accounts receive and collections as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
• At least a year of accounts payable experience
• A good understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with electronic accounting software
• Good computer skills including mid-level Excel (can create and edit a spreadsheet. A basic knowledge of formulas is preferred)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.

We are currently working with a successful financial planning firm in Butler, PA that is seeking an Executive Receptionist to provide a warm and welcoming environment for the firm’s prospects, clients, and team members. This is often the first person the client meets, and business professional dress and neat appearance are required. This is a temporary position expected to last from July 28 – Nov 1. Work schedule of Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with a one hour paid lunch. Pays $25.00 an hour.
Responsibilities would include answering phones and transferring calls to team members. Scheduling and updating the calendar of client meetings in the computer. Maintaining company files. Welcoming clients, greeting and seating clients and providing drinks. Providing an organized and clean front office area and stocking client supplies. Keeping a list of office supplies and ordering online.

If you’re an experienced administrative assistant who’s worked in the legal field or an experienced paralegal who can hit the ground running, we encourage you to apply! This firm is open to considering a wide range of experience for this role. Training will be provided for those who have the desire to grow their skill set into a true paralegal role!
This is a full time permanent role, Mon-Fri, 8:30a-5p schedule with a competitive compensation range of $19-$35/hour depending on experience!
We’re seeking those who have a high level of integrity and thrive working in a fast-paced environment, are self-motivated, and possess strong time management and organizational skills!
