Work Location: Coppell, TX.

Job Function/Description is as followed:
Process customer billing accurately and within requested time per their requirements and according to SDSA company policy for the various SDSA divisions.
Manage, analyze & prepare correction forms for billing corrections in access database.
Ability to understand and discuss essential freight documentation that supports charges invoiced and is required for payment.
Possess a knowledge and understanding of how Billing functions affect P&L.
Able to audit carrier freight bills and Interpret tariffs and contracts.
Understand of the internal technologies required for daily functions.
Investigate and diagnose potential errors and duplicate carrier billing.
Performs ad-hoc reporting, as required.
Performs other job-related duties as required
Flexible to work overtime when needed

Qualifications are as followed:

Competent with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
Clear and concise communication skills
Prioritization, able to shift focus to urgent issues while not falling behind on other duties
A good attitude and ability to work in a team setting
Able to learn new systems quickly and adapt to abrupt changes
Well organized and good follow up skills
Able to sense urgency and know when to escalate for assistance
Can create and maintain professional relationships with customers and carriers
Bachelor’s Degree

Always There Personnel is currently hiring for a Shiping and Receiving Clerk for a Hurst location, this is a Monday- Friday position with a pay based on Experience. Shipping and receiving functions are as followed:

Provide quality assurance to order accuracy, on-time delivery, and other shipping and receiving metrics. High School Diploma required.

Coordinate deliveries and pick-ups for customer/vendors with Branch Manager. Ensure inventory is kept orderly and up to date.

Assist in pulling stock items for sales orders, staging orders for will call, ensuring local delivery and commercial carrier pick up.

Inspect and verify local delivery orders and load same onto delivery vehicles. Properly maintain delivery vehicles.

Other duties as assigned on daily.

Shipping and Receiving clerk will report to Midland branch manager. 90- day probationary period on-the-job training.

Responsible for making our #1 critical success factor, safety first, a priority in all tasks and activities performed by self and all others involved. Assemble, fit, fasten, and install parts on new and used equipment.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Inspects the equipment hydraulic systems, their components, and any support equipment.

2. Install, troubleshoot, remove, repair, overhaul, and inspect hydraulic systems and their components, including support equipment.

3. Cleans and flushes hydraulic hoses before installing them on machines.

4. Helps wire units for trailer lighting.

5. Diagnoses malfunctions and recommends what corrective action should be taken.

6. Cleans grease and dirt from trailers.

7. Installs freshly painted parts on new equipment.

8. Determines proper tools and equipment to be used for unit maintenance tasks. Keeps tools clean and stored neatly after use.

9. Keeps supervisor aware of parts and inventory used so they may be replaced.

10. Completes applicable maintenance forms and records.

11. Advises on any problems maintaining these systems,and determines maintenance procedures and performance characteristics using technical publications; must be able to read prints and understand symbols.

12. Tests and operates vehicles and equipment as required and observes for evidence of abnormal operation.

13. Performs system operation checks and takes corrective action, if necessary.

14. Performs repairs and preventative maintenance checks and services in accordance with appropriate maintenance schedules.

15. Perform additional duties as assigned.

machinery, such as trailers and special framework by performing the following duties.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Lays out and marks reference points onto components utilizing a tape measure.
2. Operates machines such as hem saws and drill press, to cut and shape components to specified
dimensions.
3. Fits and assembles components.
4. Welds components together with a mig welder using flex core wire.
5. Develops layout and plans sequence of operations.
6. Positions, aligns, fits and welds together parts.
7. Designs and constructs templates and fixtures.
8. Verifies conformance of workpiece to specifications.
9. Fabricates and assembles sheet metal products.
10. Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding.
11. Assembles parts by bolting.
12. Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping and reassembling parts.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned.
JOB CRITERIA
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
