Residential Framers & Carpenters (Helena Valley)
H&H Custom Buildings is looking for reliable, experienced carpenters to join our crew. We take pride in high-quality residential work, including custom framing, remodels, and roofing. If you’re looking for steady, year-round work with a team that values quality craftsmanship, we’d like to hear from you.
Open Positions
• Lead Framer / Carpenter | $30 - $35/hr (depending on experience) We’re looking for a seasoned pro with 5+ years in residential construction. You should be comfortable reading prints, handling layouts, and leading a small crew through stick-frame and post-frame projects.
• Framing Laborer / Apprentice | $20 - $25/hr (depending on experience) Ideal for someone with 2+ years in the trade. You should be proficient with saws and nail guns, comfortable working on roofs, and motivated to keep the project moving forward.
The Essentials
To maintain our professional standards and safety on-site, we require the following:
• Professionalism: We are a standard W-2 company. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check (no DUIs) and a drug test.
• Reliability: A valid driver’s license and your own dependable vehicle are necessary for getting to various job sites.
• Local Connection: We value meeting our team face-to-face, so all candidates must be available for an in-person interview in East Helena.
