Forward March Inc has developed Elite Leader Training: Emerge - Evolve - Excel, a one of a kind Leadership training and team building program by combining the military leader development model and cutting edge business doctrine that will create outstanding leaders for your org

anization. All of our instructors are former military with varying backgrounds and skill-sets from Special Forces, Marine Force Recon, Para-Rescue, Drill Sergeants etc...

We provide customized Management training in the areas of strategic thinking, communication, leadership, team building, goal setting, coaching, delegating, motivating. We assess your needs and build a program for your team to Finish The Mission. We will teach your management team to think strategically and create a solid vision of the mission. Managers will be able to define, communicate, track and achieve organizational and departmental goals. Managers will learn to dissect challenges within their own departments and develop sustainable solutions. Results driven process improvement tools and methodologies will be utilized. If you have been following Forward March Inc. for a while, you have probably noticed that we have been talking a lot about NXTMission recently.

We wanted to take a moment to explain what that means and where things are headed.

First and foremost, FMI is not going anywhere.

Forward March Inc. remains committed to serving transitioning service members, veterans, military spouses, and military-connected families just as we always have.

What has changed is that after years of hosting events, building partnerships, and working directly with the military community, we realized something important: there are incredible opportunities available, but they are often disconnected from one another.

Schools are trying to reach students. Employers are looking for talent. Resource providers are offering support. Entrepreneurs are building businesses. Yet too many people still struggle to find the right information at the right time.

NXTMission was created to help solve that challenge.

It is the ecosystem we have been building behind the scenes to connect employment, education, entrepreneurship, and resources in one place.

Over the next few weeks, we will share more about what that means, why we built it, and how it fits into the future of what we do.

At Forward March Inc., our work is centered on helping people navigate change, overcome barriers, and build meaningful futures through education, employment, entrepreneurship, and access to resources. We have officially launched NXTMission!
