HELP WANTED—CARPENTER$
—Top pay/wage rates
—At least 40 hours per week

LEAD COMMERCIAL CARPENTERS:
—Direct and train workers to install grid suspended ceiling, drywall, FRP panels, knock-down doors and hardware, trim molding, and fixtures.
—Generally 5+ years of experience
—The ability to read prints perform layout and install without major supervision
—Provide preliminary sketches, cost estimates, and change orders for materials and services
LEAD RESIDENTIAL CARPENTERS:
—Direct and train workers to install doors, casings, moldings, stair railings, cabinets, and other finish items.
—Generally 5+ years of experience
—The ability to read prints perform layout and install without major supervision
—Provide preliminary sketches, cost estimates, and change orders for materials and services
TOP HELPERS:
—Helpers should have 2+ years of install experience
—Use a variety of tools and equipment such as circular, miter, and reciprocating saws. Drills, hammers (old-fashioned and pneumatic), and drivers.
ENTRY LEVEL:
—Own basic hand tools and have a willingness to work under direction to complete specific tasks.
—Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds, and perhaps stilts.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as moving lumber and pushing a broom.
—Willingness to provide assistance during emergencies.
—High school diploma/GED/HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
—Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
