Neptune City, NJ. $23–$26/hour, based on experience.

Masis Staffing Solutions is currently hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate for a stable, family-owned manufacturing company. This opportunity is ideal for someone with forklift experience, strong inventory management skills, and a commitment to accuracy and quality.

📍 Neptune City, NJ
💲 $23–$26/hour, based on experience
🕒 Full-Time -Temp-to-Hire
📅 Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, or rotating 2-2-3 schedule
💰 Weekly Pay.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials.
2. Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely.
3. Scan materials and maintain accurate inventory records.
4. Prepare outgoing shipments and verify shipping documents.
5. Follow inventory rotation procedures and maintain a clean, safe warehouse.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience.
- At least 3 years of forklift experience.
- Experience with barcode scanners and inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Electric double-rider forklift experience is preferred.

Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring! Join a growing precision machine shop as a Shipping & Receiving / Shop Support associate.

Responsibilities include packaging and shipping parts, receiving materials, organizing inventory, cleaning machined parts, and assisting with general shop support.

Requirements: Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred. Basic computer skills, organization, and willingness to learn.
Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
