Early Childhood Education Teachers
Salary: $34,163 - $68,652
JOB PURPOSE
The Early Childhood Education Teacher is the head of the classroom and is responsible for implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum (Creative Curriculum) as well as divvying out classroom-related work to the Teacher Assistant and Teacher Aide. Early Childhood Education Teachers should be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, supervisors, and families to ensure quality education.

Salary: $31,600 – $35,400
JOB PURPOSE
Teacher Assistants assist in the implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum (Creative Curriculum) for the assigned classroom, as provided by classroom lesson plan or team. They are expected to provide consistent and responsive care; create daily routines and meaningful experiences that are responsive to children’s individual strengths, interests and needs and ensure safety and security of all children. Teacher Assistants also assume the role, duties and responsibilities of the Early Childhood Education Teacher when there are vacancies and absences.

Salary: $15.30/hour
JOB PURPOSE
Teacher's Aides provide support to the Group and Assistant teacher in the implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum (Creative Curriculum) for the assigned classroom, as provided by the classroom lesson plan or team. The Aide will work closely with children, staff members, and families to ensure that the center runs smoothly and children’s needs are met each day. They will assist with the supervision of all children, implement classroom activities, work cooperatively with and support other classroom staff and volunteers, and assist with the general maintenance of the classroom to ensure the health and safety of the children of the program.
