Job Title: Cold Calling Specialist (Project-Based)
Location: Remote

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Cold Calling Specialist to join our team on a project-based role. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to commercial real estate property owners, gauging their interest in selling their properties and facilitating conversations with our Managing Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound cold calls to commercial real estate property owners.
2. Handle gatekeepers to ensure effective communication with decision-makers.
I3. dentify property owners willing to sell or open to discussions about potential property sales.
4. Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls with our Managing Partners.
5. Accurately document and track lead information and communication details.

Qualifications:
1. Prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing, specifically in B2B or commercial real estate.
2. Proven experience handling gatekeepers and reaching decision-makers.
3. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
6. Real estate experience is a plus but not required.

Position Details:
1. This is a project-based position with potential for future opportunities.
2. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process based on experience.
