- Maintain and clean the community clubhouse/common areas

What You'll Do:
- Pick and assemble medical kits and modules
- Perform quality control checks on products
- Read pick sheets and follow assembly instructions
- Package products accurately and professionally
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily production goals and department KPIs

What They're Looking For:
- Legible handwriting REQUIRED
- Strong counting and accuracy skills
- Ability to read small print on pick sheets
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to stay focused throughout the workday
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical device assembly or production experience
- Warehouse or manufacturing experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Important Workplace Policy:
- This position requires 100% focus.
- Cell phones are not permitted during working hours.
- Phones may only be used during breaks and lunch periods.
