Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to start ASAP! The position will be responsible for using multiple systems to manage payables.

To be considered for this position, you must have:
- 3+ years experience in A/P
- HS Diploma or Equivalent (College Degree preferred)
- Experience using multiple accounting platforms
- Preferred experience with multi-site Accounts Payable
- Excellent Computer skills to include all MS Office products
- Willingness and ability to work Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:00A -
4:30P (8-hour shift - Start at 7AM or 7:30AM)

Location is near downtown Nashville not far from Nissan Stadium. Great Company with a great culture.

Position to start as soon as 7/6/20 and last potentially through end of August. This is a Contract position, but does have the possibility to become full-time Employee with the Company as they are growing.

We have a Client in need of a Receptionist for 2 weeks starting Monday 6/8 through Friday 6/19. Duties will include the following: Answering phones and directing callers to appropriate person, Scanning, Mailing of Invoices/Statements, Filing, etc. Hours are 7AM-4PM Mon-Fri. The client facility has precautions for COVID-19 and isn't allowing visitors in the building. It is a smaller company in the Commercial Construction business.

You will need:
-A friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills.
-Proficiency in using a Computer as needed.
-Ability to learn new technology quickly (Scanning and saving documents)

A company in Cool Springs is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Rep to help manage everyday office duties and support their Clients. The successful Candidate will have a positive and collaborative attitude to contribute to the overall office and goals of the Business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Build rapport and communicate effectively with new and existing clients and vendors via phone/email
-Assist with tracking of inventory in system
-Enter orders into excel and QuickBooks
-Assist with schedule of Client orders
-Enter billing into QuickBooks system
-Assist with Client logos using Design software (Adobe)

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for our Client that is located in the MetroCenter area of Nashville. The Administrative Assistant will be a vital part of the Administrative team while supporting multiple Managers as well as providing excellent Customer Service to external clients.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:

-Provide administrative support to 3-4 assigned Managers.
-Entering data into CRM system for Managers and other reporting needs
--Create, update and maintain client/customer information in various tracking systems
Respond and address customer service calls as needed for the areas assigned
-Create and respond to emails to Clients and other internal Managers and Team members.
-Other administrative duties as assigned by Managers

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:

-Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt as needed
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook
-Knowledge of CRM databases for creating and storing customer contact information
-Excellent communication skills including Verbal and written
-Excellent typing skills with minimal errors (50+ WPM)
-Experienced in providing Administrative support to 2 or more people
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
-Proactive and independent work ethic
-Ability to work in a team oriented and collaborative environment

The Administrative Assistant position is a hourly Monday through Friday position with typical hours of 8 am - 4:30 pm or 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Hourly Rate/Salary: $17.00 - $21.00 based on experience.
