Sales Representative
Major Insurance company in Nashville is seeking a Sales Representative to join their growing team. The ideal Sales Representative will not be afraid to pick up the phone and reach out to both warm and cold leads. Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement the agency’s marketing/sales plan and direct mail campaigns
- Find and contact prospects and current policyholders to generate sales
- Conduct simple conversations through appointments
- Meet production requirements on a consistent basis
- Provide prompt, accurate, friendly, cost-effective service and utilize it as a basis for establishing a marketing opportunity
- Document all interactions with clients in the system
- Work as a team to meet office service expectations and office production goals
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the agent
- Words and actions reflect trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior at all times
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30 - 5:30pm & Friday 8:45 - 5:00pm
Competitive base salary plus commission plan
