Post pandemic, the world has changed, but most prevalent, the working world has transformed immensely. We must all adapt to the new normal.
Here are some tips when looking for a new job:
i. You may experience longer lead times from job applications, so
remain patient. It is important to remain hopeful and follow up
after 1 to 2 weeks!
ii. Be prepared to work remotely, and have the setup and
equipment to do so. Many favor the remote work life without having the necessary tools to be successful when doing so. Having a separate room where you can close the door to work or have video interviews quietly is extremely helpful
iii. Be mindful of work life separation for a productive work
session. If you have younger children, this can become difficult, so
try to ensure you can manage this flexibility around childcare
iv. Remember your job is to look for a job: Stay consistent, It
can be challenging to look for a job while working for another, or
tempting to chill and play video games instead in your spare time. So be organized, remain consistent and spend your time wisely.

Después de la pandemia, el mundo ha cambiado, pero lo más prevalente es que el mundo laboral ha experimentado una transformación inmensa. Todos debemos adaptarnos a la nueva normalidad. Aquí hay algunos consejos al buscar un nuevo trabajo:
