Calling all parents with kids in college and college students!

The City of Sugar Land’s People Development Team is excited to launch our semester-based Apprenticeship Program, offering college students the chance to gain hands-on municipal experience while supporting real City projects.

This part-time, unpaid program gives students the opportunity to:
• Apply classroom learning in a professional setting
• Build skills and gain public-sector experience
• Collaborate with City staff across departments
• Document hours/competencies for school credit or program requirements
