Justin graduated in May and spent the next 11 months searching for a job on his own.

Every so often, an interview would come through. Justin would make it a round or two, sometimes all the way to the end. Then the call. There's someone with more experience.

A senior professional came to me after a full year of job searching.

Barely any interviews.

They'd rewritten their resume with AI. Then rewrote it again. And again.

Armand had been with his company for four years.

Then in January, they restructured, and his entire team got dissolved.

Just like that, he was out.

He figured the job search would be simple.
