Maintenance Technician
Franklin, KY
$85,000 plus (Based on Experience)
Malone Workforce Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Franklin, Kentucky to hire an experienced Maintenance Technician. This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering excellent pay, outstanding benefits, and long-term career growth with a stable employer.
What You’ll Do
Repair and maintain CNC machinery, manual machines, and machining centers
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tools, controls, and production equipment
Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Diagnose equipment failures and replace defective components
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
Complete machine testing and adjustments
Respond quickly to equipment downtime to minimize production interruptions
Assist with general facility maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs
Document repairs and maintenance activities accurately
Qualifications
Experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience with CNC equipment preferred
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical controls, motors, and PLC troubleshooting
Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
Preventive maintenance experience
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and safety
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb throughout the shift
Work safely around industrial manufacturing equipment
