Operate's a thriving Bicycle Recycling and Youth Training Center where they offer six unique, high-quality programs that empower and organize youth and their families to work towards long-term change. Bikes Not Bombs is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager.
The position will primarily manage our Hub, but also
support operations at our Bike Shop and assist our Collections Manager in managing our warehouse as
well. The position will also support bike collections and ability to drive a truck is a must. The ideal
candidate for this role will have experience in facilities management, office management, and supervising
and supporting volunteers. The Operations Manager will be supervised by our Collection Manager and be a
member of the Bike-A-Thon team.
