Estamos buscando personas responsables, trabajadoras y comprometidas para unirse a nuestro equipo de reciclaje. Tenemos varias vacantes disponibles y buscamos empleados que valoren la seguridad, sean confiables y tengan ganas de trabajar.

Responsabilidades:

* Clasificar y procesar materiales reciclables.
* Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y segura.
* Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad y políticas de la empresa.
* Operar equipos de manera segura (si está calificado).
* Realizar otras tareas generales según sea necesario.

Calificaciones Preferidas:

* Capacidad para comunicarse en inglés básico por razones de seguridad y para trabajar en equipo.
* Se prefiere experiencia en plantas de reciclaje, almacenes, manufactura, construcción o entornos industriales.
* Se valora experiencia operando montacargas (forklift), minicargador (skid steer) u otro equipo pesado, aunque no es obligatoria.
* Buena actitud, responsabilidad, puntualidad y disposición para aprender.
* Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico y trabajar en diferentes condiciones climáticas.

Requisitos:

* Debe estar legalmente autorizado para trabajar en los Estados Unidos y poder presentar la documentación requerida para el empleo.
* Transporte confiable.
* Actitud positiva y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

Now Hiring – Recycling Plant Laborers & Equipment Operators

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing recycling team. We are hiring multiple positions and are seeking employees who are reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to work.

Responsibilities:

* Sort and process recyclable materials.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
* Operate equipment safely (if qualified).
* Perform general labor duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Ability to communicate in basic English for workplace safety and team communication.
* Previous experience in a recycling plant, warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or other industrial environment is a plus.
* Experience operating a skid steer, forklift, or other heavy equipment is preferred but not required.
* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
* Ability to perform physical labor and work in varying weather conditions.

Requirements:

* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide required employment documentation.
* Reliable transportation.
* Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
