Excel Temporary Service is looking for assemblers, fabricators and welders for our client in Bates City, MO. This location makes for a short commute for residents of Blue Springs, Grain Valley, Buckner, Oak Grove, Bates City, Odessa, Higginsville and Lexington. These positions start at 5:00 am and work until 3:30 pm. Assemblers start at $15.00+ an hour, and must be experienced with hand tools and be able to lift up to 75 lbs. The Fabricators start at $15+, based on experience and need to have good measuring skills. Previous experience measuring and cutting is HUGE. The MIG welder position will depend on experience, $16.00 +, with some MIG welding experience needed. Our client is a well-established company looking for long term employees. We currently have openings between 6:00 am and 9:00 pm. All employees work some weekend hours. An active food handler's permit is required, along with the ability to move quickly, stand for long periods of time, bend, reach, lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Previous experience with meat slicers is a BIG plus! Job duties include assisting customers with to-go orders at the hot case counter and meat slicing counter, manage the salad bar, wash dishes, clean counters, take out trash, sweep and mop.
