📍 Location: NSWC Crane
🛡️ Clearance Required: Interim Secret to start, Secret clearance required for continued employment
✈️ Travel: Up to 20%

Paragon Force is seeking an experienced Technical Writer II to support critical defense programs at NSWC Crane. If you have a background in technical documentation, XML development, and DoD standards, we want to hear from you!

✅ What You'll Do:
• Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation and publications
• Create and update graphics, illustrations, flowcharts, and technical drawings
• Organize and analyze technical information for accuracy and compliance
• Provide desktop publishing support and document formatting/layout services
• Collaborate with engineers, technical writers, and program stakeholders
• Participate in project and document review meetings

✅ Qualifications:
• Associate's Degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience (experience may be substituted for degree)
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (Interim Secret required to start)
• Experience with Arbortext Editor, XML Schema, XML development, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite required
• Experience supporting DoD programs
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-3001, MIL-STD-40051, MIL-STD-38784, and S1000D standards

🎒📚 Paragon Force Annual Backpack Drive is Back! 📚🎒

At Paragon Force, giving back to the communities we serve is important to us. That's why we're excited to launch our Annual Backpack Drive and help local students start the school year with the supplies they need to succeed.

Over the next several weeks, we'll be filling backpacks with school supplies and preparing for another great year of supporting local students and families. We believe every child deserves to walk into the classroom feeling confident, prepared, and ready to learn.

Backpacks and school supplies will be distributed on Sunday, July 26th, from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM at 600 US Highway 231 S, Bloomfield, Indiana.

You’ll be part of a team refurbishing and reworking real military equipment used by the fleet. Think hands-on teardown, rebuilding, testing, troubleshooting, cleaning components, and bringing equipment back to life.

• Using hand and power tools

• Performing basic testing and inspections
