AAA Superior Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team of professionals. This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday 8:30-5:00 pm with some flexibility.

Job Summary:

You will pursue and establish new business relationships with real estate brokers/agents; lenders (banks, credit unions, mortgage companies, etc.); attorneys; builders, and developers.

While we focus on residential real estate transactions, we are also pursue commercial relationships. The sales cycle in our industry varies from short (initial appointment with success) to long (several months and even years).

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Prospecting for “new” customers to develop & service new business primarily in Oakland County, MI. Wayne County, MI. and Macomb County, MI from realtors, lenders, attorneys & builder/developers.
Working closely with operations to shift some of the customer care.
Participate in seminars for customers.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Meet and exceed financial goals.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent
1 - 2 years relevant work experience in a similar role.

Good agencies:

-Work hard to understand your motivations and your career aspirations, as well as your work history.
- Treat your relationship as a long term one, not one that ends with a job placement.
-Know what they're talking about-they have strong understanding of your profession and the jobs they're working on.
- Treat your application and personal details with respect and privacy.

Bad agencies:

- Are focused only on candidates they can place immediately and make a quick buck from.
- Don't take time to get to know their candidates (some don't even interview in person!)
-End contract with a candidate once they are placed in a job.
-Send out your personal details to potential employers without your knowledge.
- Don't have an understanding of the roles they're recruiting for and don't have a relationship with the clients they claim to be working with.
