Relationships move retail forward. ICSC Las Vegas gave our team the chance to deepen the connections that help communities grow.

Over the course of the event, the Retail Strategies team met with leaders across the commercial real estate industry, including:

• Communities working to tell a stronger market story
• Retailers evaluating where to grow next
• Developers looking for the right opportunities
• Brokers helping move deals from conversation to reality

These moments matter because retail recruitment does not happen in a single meeting.

Big news for the Birmingham metro ☕👏

The first Dutch Bros location in the area is officially open! Shout out to Joe Strauss, CCIM and David Plummer from our team for representing Dutch Bros in the deal and help identify and secure the site that made this project possible.

We’re excited to see another growing brand expand into Alabama and appreciate everyone who helped bring this project to the finish line. Looking forward to what’s ahead for Dutch Bros in the market!

Exciting news for Chelsea!

The Shoppes at Chelsea just hit a major milestone, with over 20 acres sold in a multimillion-dollar deal to make way for a new Target. Momentum continues to build along the rapidly growing U.S. 280 corridor—another strong sign of confidence in the market.

Proud to share that David Plummer with Retail Specialists represented Target in this deal, helping bring one of the country’s leading retailers to Chelsea.

Big things happen when the right people and strategy come together.

Sid Knight with Retail Specialists helped close the sale of a property in Huntsville, AL, representing a REIT and bringing in O’Leary Partners as the buyer. He also worked with Inspire Brands (Sonic) to negotiate a lease buyout—saving money and helping move the deal forward.

Sid then repped the new owners to secure a 20-year lease with Chipotle, setting the property up for long-term success.

Appreciate the great partnership with O’Leary Partners, and shoutout to the team at Southpace Properties for representing Chipotle.
