Pay Range: $22 – $35/hour (based on experience and capability)

Job Overview:
We're hiring CNC and manual machinists across a wide skill range. Whether you’re just getting started operating machines or you're a seasoned expert who can read drawings, program CNCs, and rig large components, we have a role for you. What we really value are people who want to grow, work hard, and take pride in precision machining.

Pay Scale Breakdown:

$22–$26/hr:
Entry-level CNC or manual machine operators. You’ll load parts, push "go," perform basic measurements, and possibly work with small manual machines like Bridgeports or small lathes. Ideal for those early in their machining career.
$27–$35/hr:
Experienced machinists who can read drawings (not just CAD), program CNC machines from scratch, and/or run large manual equipment. These roles involve more independence, problem-solving, and sometimes working with very large parts (up to 20,000 lbs). Rigging and setup experience a big plus.
Responsibilities:

Operate CNC or manual mills and lathes depending on your experience level
Read and interpret engineering drawings
Perform setups and inspections of parts using standard measuring tools
Program CNC machines from drawings (higher-end positions)
Rig and handle large components (higher-end positions)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:

Previous machining experience (required for higher-tier roles)
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
Familiarity with manual and/or CNC machines (Fanuc, Haas, etc.)
Comfortable with lifting and rigging heavy parts (preferred for higher pay bracket)
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
