We are so incredibly blessed to have Lori not only as our boss, but in our lives. She makes coming to work fun, keeps us laughing, supports us through everything, and has created a workplace that truly feels like family.

Our community has been deeply affected by so much loss and tragedy over the past few weeks. ❤️

On Monday, our team at Advanced Employment Services wore red in honor of Chase and in remembrance of a life that touched so many.

Our hearts, thoughts, and prayers are with Chase’s loved ones, as well as all of the families, friends, classmates, coworkers, and community members who have been affected by the recent tragedies in Billings and Shepherd.

During times like these, we are reminded just how important it is to come together, support one another, and hold our loved ones a little closer.

From all of us at Advanced Employment Services, we are keeping our entire community in our thoughts and prayers. ❤️

Remembering Jason ❤️

This week, we lost someone who was so much more than a client to Advanced Employment.

Jason, the owner of Custom Lawn, had been a part of our Advanced Employment family for 15 years. Over those years, he became one of our absolute favorites and someone who held a very special place in our hearts.

This photo of Jason and me, taken by Lori, is one I will treasure. It captures just a small piece of the relationship we were so fortunate to have with him.

Our hearts are with Jason’s wife, his children, and his entire family during this incredibly difficult time. His family has been a meaningful part of our lives for so many years, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have known and worked alongside them.

Jason was truly one of the good ones. We are devastated by his loss, and words don’t really seem adequate. We are so grateful for the privilege of knowing him, working with him, and calling him part of our Advanced Employment family.

We will be thinking of his family and holding them close in our hearts.

Rest peacefully, Jason. You will be deeply missed and never forgotten. ❤️
