📦 Shipping & Receiving Clerk – Full Time

📍 Pataskala, OH | 40 Hours/Week

Schedule Options:

Sun–Wed | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (10hr shifts )

Thu–Sat | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (10hr shifts )

About the Role

We’re looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team in Pataskala, OH. This role is responsible for making sure shipments and deliveries run smoothly, accurately, and on time. You’ll use warehouse and logistics systems (WMS, TMS, YMS) to track inventory, coordinate shipments, and keep everything moving efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and verify shipping paperwork (Bills of Lading, packing lists, labels).

Schedule and track outbound shipments.

Communicate with carriers, drivers, and the warehouse team.

Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.

Update and maintain accurate inventory in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Use Yard Management System (YMS) to track trailers and dock assignments.

Keep the warehouse organized and follow all OSHA safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree in Logistics preferred).

1+ year of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience.

Experience with WMS, TMS, or YMS systems (Sphere, Go Ramp, or e2open a plus).

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance.

Preferred Skills:

ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).

RF scanners / barcode systems.

Knowledge of freight and logistics terminology.

Minimum 40 hours a week required possibility to flex up based on needs of the business

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, walk for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs and perform office duties.
