Tomorrow night at Corbin Bowl, we’re bringing together artists, songwriters, music industry professionals, media, students, and music fans for a night of live performances, networking, storytelling, and real conversations about building a career in music.

The 2nd Annual Battle of the Bands kicks off Friday, May 15 at Northridge Park as part of the Salute to Recreation Family Festival!

Come support the next wave of local artists as bands battle it out live from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM for the chance to open the Rock Block on Saturday at 3pm!

With a performance by Zero Magik and more.

We’re teaming up with:

MIMU — CSUN’s Music Industry Meet Up alumni group focused on networking, collaboration, and building community in the music industry.

VOVE (Five of Five) — CSUN’s student-run record label helping students gain real-world experience in artist development, marketing, and the music business.

AFL Productions — a youth-based production company out of Pasadena creating opportunities for young creatives through live experiences and events.

Mike Lerman Music — artist, creative collaborator, and longtime supporter of building independent music communities.

Mays Music Management — artist development, live events, and entertainment management focused on creating real opportunities and connections.

All ages welcome. This is a music industry mixer, so please come ready to network, connect, and be respectful of the space.
