I’m grateful and excited to announce that **Faith That Speaks, Love That Gives 9** is now available on Amazon. This is the ninth and final book in the complete series.

I truly enjoyed writing these books and sharing messages about real faith, genuine love, healing, accountability, perseverance, and trusting God through the challenges of everyday life.

In **“The Math of Veterinary Hiring Capacity,”** I discuss how veterinary practice owners can evaluate the true cost of a new position—including wages, payroll taxes, benefits, overtime, training, onboarding, cash flow, and the time required for the employee to become fully productive.

We also discuss why a payroll percentage should serve as a warning light rather than an automatic hiring freeze. Sometimes hiring too quickly creates financial pressure—but waiting too long can increase overtime, employee burnout, owner overwork, and lost revenue.
