In 2020 I decided to step out on faith and my passion and share my love for fashion and the plus model industry by creating my very own agency. I’m so grateful for all of the model who continue to rock with me! As the new kid on the block The Dozier Agency is continuing to grow! Thank you so much to all of our models! Models it is imperative that you invest in your craft. Models should test shoot every 2 to 3 months. Doing this improves your posing and shooting ability and keeps fresh in front of the camera!
