✅ What You MUST Have:
> 2+ years as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant (supporting agents, teams, or brokerages)
>Strong knowledge of MLS platforms (you understand listing statuses, compliance basics and can navigate confidently)
> Comfortable using DocuSign, Form Simplicity, or other e-sign platforms
> CRM experience (Follow-Up Boss, kvCORE, LionDesk, etc.)
Slack pro—you know how to keep up, communicate clearly, and never miss a beat
> Bonus points if you’ve helped with real estate content or social media before
