Sustainable Staffing is hiring Welders in Waukesha County, WI. This is a second-shift opportunity with a family-owned and operated company looking for candidates experienced with GMAW, Flux, and Sub Arc welding.

In this role, you’ll read welding instructions and structural drawings, understand welding symbols, move materials using a forklift and crane, verify welded parts for quality and quantity, select proper welding wire and gas mixture, operate a fuel gas hand torch, clean and assemble parts, straighten materials, and fine tune welding machines for proper wire speed and voltage.

✅ Up to $27 per hour BOE + $3 shift premium
✅ Monday-Friday
✅ 2:00 PM-10:00 PM
✅ Benefits after 30 days
✅ 401(k), profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement
✅ Heavy manufacturing / job shop environment

In this role, you’ll set up forming dies, operate a 2000-ton brake press, install and align punches, dies, cutting blades, and fixtures, produce metal workpieces to quality standards, measure finished parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, templates, and rulers, complete paperwork, and maintain a clean work area.

✅ Up to $28 per hour BOE + $3 shift differential
✅ Sunday-Thursday
✅ 10:00 PM-6:00 AM
✅ Benefits after 30 days

✅ Brake press experience required
