Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Reads product specifications to verify dimensions and tolerances, and tooling instructions such as fixtures.
Accountable for ensuring the production scheduled for completion is executed in a timely manner and within all quality parameters and for participation in both the hiring and performance management process.
Places parts in specified relationship to each other according to production print or work instructions. Bolts, clips, screws, tapes or otherwise fastens parts together. Using hand tools, such as electric drills and air rivet guns, to perform fastening operations on assembly line.
Check product for accuracy upon completion using a quality check system and packed per customer or company requirements.
Works at different stations or departments as production needs require.
Works on line where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line.
Ability to plan, schedule and monitor production efficiencies to ensure product flow.
Relies on experience and judgment to complete tasks.
Follow, and ensure team members follow, all safety guidelines and wear proper personal protective equipment.
Coach and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary education and training to perform successfully.
Attend departmental meetings as required in order to discuss projects, resources needed to complete projects, and issues that would delay project completion.
Maintains inventory accuracy for assigned area by reporting production scrap and material moves, as required.
Report daily departmental capacity constraints or interruptions to goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Completes daily press Safety Checklist and reports any issues to the lead and/or supervisor.
Assemble, install, and align punch dies in press according to specifications using shims, templates, prints, clamps, and wrenches.
Adjusts hover height and bottom centers (BDC).
Positions work piece on table bed.
Starts press and observes operation to detect misalignment or malfunction.
Inspects work pieces for conformance to specifications, visually or using gauges or templates, and adjusts machine to correct errors.
May clean and lubricate machines and complete production reports and disposition scrap daily.
Reads job order or work instruction for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances, and tooling instructions such as fixtures, feed rates, cutting speeds, depth of cut, and determine sequence of operations.
Stack, and identify parts for remaining processes.
First part produced inspected 100 percent for each critical operation and in-process inspections as required.
Monitors production efficiencies to ensure product flow.
Report manufacturing problems to Technical Team Lead or supervisor.
Performs a variety of tasks with little or no supervision.
Supports Production team lead as necessary when required.
Maintains inventory accuracy for assigned area by reporting production and material moves.
Works at different stations or departments as production needs require.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Warmly greets incoming customers.
• Obtains customer orders in a courteous manner.
• Provides customer assistance by responding to inquiries, evaluating customer needs, providing price quotes, and making additional purchase recommendations as appropriate.
• Pull parts for sales orders out of inventory. Will need to be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Operates computer to accurately input, retrieve and view parts inventory data for incoming deliveries, sales, and upcoming installations.
• Mails invoices, statements, and follows up on special parts orders.
• Contact customers by phone to notify them of any changes or updates on orders.
• Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and proper working condition, and ensures reference material, parts catalogs and price books are current, accessible, and readable.
• Maintain stock levels in the showroom on a daily basis.
• Upsell products as appropriate and suggest alternative products to customers based on their needs.
• Refers to price lists to assist with customer inquiries and purchases.
• Completes receiving of products per Roll Rite’s receiving instructions on a daily basis.
• Completes invoicing of products per Roll Rite’s invoicing instructions on a daily basis.
• Receives and accurately processes payments for purchases on a daily basis.
• Processes returns to include completing appropriate paperwork, exchanging merchandise, and generating credits at the time of return.
• Assist Manager with monthly inventory including counting and recording inventory counts.
• Answer’s telephone, writes messages, answers customer inquiries, and returns calls immediately.
• Replenishes supplies in office as needed.
• Schedules shop repairs/installs and maintains customer contact throughout the process, i.e., repair status, changes, updated estimates, etc.
• Processes will-call orders and communicates with customers when their products are ready for pickup.
• Relay’s information of customer inquiries to the shop staff to ensure accuracy upon completion.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Receive incoming product, verify accuracy of shipment, perform receiving transaction and put product in proper location.
• Package, strap and wrap completed products in preparation of shipping
• Coordinate material supplies to all work cells and production areas
• Move materials to and from work cells and production areas.

• Perform MIG Aluminum Welding operations on a standard/repetitive line of aluminum products as well as custom/non-standard products following prescribed procedures.
• Place, fit and arrange appropriate parts in proper positions on welding fixture to ensure correct dimension tolerance.
• Must be able to adjust and regulate welding equipment to obtain best possible penetration, fill, weld quality, performance, and the appearance of products within prescribed standards.
• Perform first piece and in-process inspection on all work completed.
